In the event, if you are displeased with the product shipped , we will not be in a situation to refund back the money or return the product since these are gluten free food items which are highly prone to contamination when opened. Since our primary endeavor is to reach fresh untouched gluten free food items to each online buyer, we hope you understand the reasons for non-returnable policy of ours.
Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:
If the order has been placed and it has not been shipped and you wish to amend or cancel the order then amount already paid can be adjusted or refunded provided we confirm that you can or amend the order. If products have been shipped then there is no cancellation and no refund of Order.
If due to some reason you are not satisfied with the quality of the product, please Contact Us by mail. We shall connect with you and issue a credit note for the value of the products which will be credited to your account provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. This can be adjusted in your future orders.
